What is your shipping policy?

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of the purchase date. 

Custom orders will ship within 2-3 weeks.

Shipping within the United States:

We offer $4.99 express shipping (1-2 business days) for all orders and free express shipping for orders over $150.

Priority shipping is also available—rates are based on location.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but if not, we offer full refund returns within 30 days after the item is delivered; store credit for up to 45 days.

All sale and discounted items can be returned for store credit only. There are no refunds or returns for all of our custom, personalized pieces. The returned item must be unaltered and in original packaging.

If a returned item is not in its original condition, we can deny any refund or credit.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to show on your bank account.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please contact info.jeminijewelry@gmail.com and include your order number and the items you would like to return. 

You will receive a return confirmation along with a return shipping address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or if items are not in the original condition will not be accepted.

Please note we offer full refund returns within 30 days after the item is delivered; store credit for up to 45 days. All sale and discounted items can be returned for store credit only. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for custom orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship to the United States of America.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges, just returns. Please look at our return policy.

It's easy! Log in to your Jemini account on the website, and click 'my orders'!

Can I cancel or update my order?

We completely get it; we change our minds too! If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note we prioritize getting items quickly to our customers; we may not be able to cancel or update your order if the order has been dispatched.

While we wish we could always guarantee an update or cancellation, should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund. Check out our refund policy!

My order arrived damaged - what do I do?

We are so sorry about that! Please email us at info.jeminijewelry@gmail.com so we can process a replacement or refund for you ASAP!

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To take care of your jewelry, avoid wearing when washing hands, showering, applying lotion, using harsh cleaning supplies, or working out.

To clean, buff gently with our jewelry pouch, a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth, or a microfiber cloth.
